Flock History

Our flock of approximately 30 brood ewes has evolved since 1998 beginning with a small group of ewe lambs from Barton Club lambs with Smokey bloodlines. We began our experience as FFA/4-H projects to provide developmental efforts for our family and area exhibitors. Using Loco (Barton), a Cheyenne son (Garvie), and a Scout son (Garvie), over a few years our brood ewes are crossbred.  Recently, we have added additional females and rams of Hampshire influence from Schrank (Caesar), Allred/Elliot, Greiner, Berry, Castro and Bowers.

Having reached several of our overall goals including producing kids that have Grand Champion experiences with show lambs and for themselves, we hope to continue helping others with successful life experiences and lamb projects. If we can assist in anyway, please feel free to contact us.
